Technical Support

Support option 1 is free with all maintenance packages and for the first year on all sites over £300 developed by Webpearl Design*. We would advise you to choose an appropriate package for your requirements as any additional support will be charged at £30 per hour 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and £40 per hour at all other times.

• Option 1 - £15 per calendar month

  Telephone and email support available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This support is limited to 1 call or half an hours troubleshooting per month.

• Option 2 - £20 per calendar month

  Telephone and email support available 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Limited to two calls or one hours troubleshooting per month.

• Option 3 - £75 per calendar month

  24 hour support, seven days a week, limited to four calls or six hours troubleshooting per month. This support option is not necessary for small business sites.
