About Your Hosts

We are the Pullens, a family of four; myself John, Loraine my wife, Ella and Jake.

Our family’s origins are from the “Robin Hood” city of Nottingham. Until recently Loraine and I were professional people with busy and stressful jobs.

Our love of France began many years ago, and it had long been our dream to live and work in the French countryside – a dream which was realised in February 2003 when we moved to Chamberaud near Ahun, in the beautiful Creuse area of central France’s Limousin region. Having left behind our stressful jobs we have created a quality bed & breakfast accommodation which we have aptly named “Belle Vue De L’Eglise” – Pretty View of the Church.

A warm welcome at Belle Vue De L’Eglise is assured, where Loraine and myself invite you to share our home and this wonderful – and as yet undiscovered – part of the French countryside with its rich culture, not to mention the excellent food and wine!
